Peah Armstrong, Vice President
As Vice President of Spottswoode, Diane “Peah” Armstrong works very closely with Beth Novak Milliken on all aspects of the business. She focuses on the business administration responsibilities, overseeing all aspects of accounting, direct customer sales and computer systems management. A graduate of UCLA, Peah earned her degree in English and Computer Programming and brings to this job a background in business systems analysis and design. She has been with Spottswoode since 1988, and her personal passions include horseback riding and spending time with her husband, two adult children and her dog, Panda.
Tiffany Minnick, Customer Service & Office Manager
Tiffany was born and raised in Calistoga and graduated from Calistoga High in 2001. After attending Santa Rosa Junior College, Tiffany began her career in banking in St. Helena. Many of Tiffany’s banking customers were winery owners and it was there that she met the women of Spottswoode! Joining the winery in 2008, Tiffany is usually the first person you see and the first voice you’ll hear when you contact Spottswoode. She is responsible for processing our direct customer and our wholesale orders. Tiffany, her husband, and their young son live nearby and enjoy camping and snowboarding.
Nicole Knoth, Hospitality & Events Manager
Nicole joined Spottswoode in the summer of 2012 after managing Direct to Consumer Sales & Marketing for 3 years at Clos du Val in Napa Valley. After having an ‘epiphany’ while visiting Paso Robles wine country in 2008, Nicole and her husband decided to leave their careers and life in San Diego behind to make a fresh start in the wine industry—and they haven’t looked back! At Spottswoode, Nicole manages all visitation activities, conducting the actual property tours and tastings, and she orchestrates our winery events. Along with her husband, Nicole enjoys hiking, snowboarding, traveling and indulging in the food and wine culture that is so abundant in Napa Valley.
Tracey Skupny, Sales Director
A passion for wine brought Tracey and her husband, John, to the Napa Valley where the small town of St. Helena has been their home since 1984. Tracey’s dedication to wine country as a home centered on raising two sons, J. Reed and Jerzy Lang, and as they grew older, the focus gently shifted to wine as a business.
From 1994 through 1998, she joined the efforts at Spottswoode Winery assisting in all areas, especially with customer relations, tours and tastings. Returning to the winery in 2006, Tracey now assists Lindy with national and California sales and marketing.
In partnership with her husband, Tracey also oversees sales and administration of their own wine company and balances her work responsibilities with a dedicated yoga practice. Together, she and John keep their Salukis in top condition for the dog show ring with weekly hikes in the hills of Napa Valley!
Erica Wallenbrock, Director of Marketing
Erica joined Spottswoode in the summer of 2007 after staying home several years raising three children. Prior to moving to the Napa Valley, Erica worked in Client Services in the advertising field for agencies in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and Chicago. She earned her international MBA at the American Graduate School of International Business in Glendale, Arizona. Her interest in wine began when she discovered that she could satisfy her undergraduate science requirement by taking a “Geography of Wines” course while attending Miami University in Oxford, Ohio.
