introductionSpottswoode Estate’s success is due in large part to a small and dedicated group of individuals who share a passion for producing world class wine. Owner Mary Novak oversees all comings and goings assisted by daughters, Beth Novak Milliken, who serves as President of the winery, and Lindy Novak who heads up National Marketing.
Winemaker and Vineyard Manager Jennifer Williams, working in concert with Rosemary Cakebread, our Consulting Winemaker, manages the estate vineyard and the production of the Spottswoode wines. She is assisted by Aron Weinkauf, our Assistant Winemaker.
Rounding out our team, Peah Armstrong serves as Vice President, Tracey Skupny as Marketing Director, and Erica Wallenbrock as Office Manager. And, finally, we’d like to highlight our dedicated field crew: Jose Luis Lopez, who has worked with us since 1982, and Pepe Leon and Trino Manzo Llamas, each of whom has worked with us for over ten years. Their expertise and commitment are ineluctably linked to the quality of our wines.
