125 Years and Going Strong…
Last year’s celebration of Spottswoode’s 125th Anniversary was a wonderful time to reflect on our estate’s rich heritage. Going Green
Mary Novak has gone green—well, actually Ferrari red—by becoming the proud owner of an electric car which she now uses for a majority of her in-town trips. It looks a bit like a Dr. Seuss vehicle but it sure is kind to the environment and the dogs love the open air appeal, happily jumping in whenever they see Mary getting ready for a drive!

Paul Lukacs, the author of American Vintage, The Rise of American Wine, has just published a new book, entitled, The Great Wines of America: The Top Forty Vintners, Vineyards, and Vintages. Paul has devoted his book to what he considers the top forty vintners in America, and we are honored that Spottswoode is included in this short list. The book is educational and beautifully written, and it is a fine addition to anyone’s library of wine-related books.
